Friends Legal are proudly sponsoring the food at Clydeside Action on Asbestos (CAA) Ladies Day next month.
The sold-out fundraiser, which will be held on 21st September, will help raise awareness for women diagnosed with mesothelioma. Following on from last year’s success, the event will include Rod Stewart tribute singer James Frew, as well as having the Macmillan Cancer nurses who provide the incredible care to those with mesothelioma.
Our personal injury firm strongly believe in helping local charities and are delighted to have the opportunity to be part of such a good cause. Managing Partner at Friends Legal, Tony O’Malley, will be sponsoring the food at the event.
Formed back in 1984, the CAA is Scotland’s largest asbestos charity and has been the voice for victims of asbestos-related illnesses for over 25 years. In the last decade, the CAA has set up nine support groups – in Aberdeen, Ayrshire, the Borders, Edinburgh, Forth Valley, Glasgow, Greenock, Inverness and North Lanarkshire – for those suffering the effects of asbestos exposure.
As one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in Scotland, Friends Legal are dedicated to helping those who have contracted mesothelioma to move on with their lives. Our team of specialist solicitors will work to remove all additional stress associated with making a personal injury claim and ensure you are fully compensated for any injury or illness.
We would like to wish the CAA charity all the best with their upcoming fundraiser and continued efforts to help those with asbestos-related diseases.
